This article says that Moammar Gadhafi is dead. in my opinon the world will be a better place without him, and Libya can be free of his dictatoship. It is now our resposibility to help out the country and to better them in government and in democracy. As americans it is our place to help out those who are in need, as well as the responsibility of the entire world.
